Problem

I have in my pc LumenRT properly installed. Today I have installed a new software, but I cannot see LumenRT in the menu as expected:

What is the right procedure to install LumenRT on the top of my new software?

Solution

The right procedure to install LumenRT on the top of the other software is: first install the software and then install LumenRT.

Alternatively if you still have in your pc the lumenRT Setup file, you can run it as administrator and it will install again the software on the top of your new program
