Some cells are missed exporting to LumenRT

Problem Description

I have attached in my *.dgn (whatever Microstation based software) multiple cells from this library: C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT 2015\LumenRT Content\MicroStationLumenRT_Content.cel

When I export to LumenRT some cells are missed (characthers or plants or vehicles):

Steps to Resolve

Option 1

Delete all the ~empty.lob files in the C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT 2015\LumenRT Content\LumenRT folder and subfolders. Follow the below steps:

1. Go to the folder C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT 2015\LumenRT Content\LumenRT

2. Do a search for *empty in the search bar:

3. Hit Control A to select all the file and then delete them

4. Now re-export and all should be fine

Option 2

1. Navigate to the folder C:\Program Files\e-on software\LumenRT 2015

2. Replace the LoadVOB.py file with the file attached

communities.bentley.com/.../LumenRT_5F00_LoadVOB_5F00_Patch.zip
