&lt;p&gt;After installing ContextCapture I find that I am unable to&amp;nbsp;run the ContextCapture Master.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;After attempting to open the CC Master, a task is created in the Window Task Manager but this will close&amp;nbsp;within seconds.&amp;nbsp;The ContextCapture Engine and Acute3D Viewer both run without issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;Steps to Resolve&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This issue is caused when a user is running and older version of the Bentley CONNECTION client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Unisnstall the old version of the Bentley CONNECTION Client&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go the the Bentley &lt;a href="https://connect.bentley.com"&gt;website&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and login to access the software downloads. Locate the Bentley CONNECTION Client (version 10.00.06.34 or later), then download and install it.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After installing ContextCapture I find that I am unable to&amp;nbsp;run the ContextCapture Master.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;After attempting to open the CC Master, a task that is created in the Window Task Manager but will close&amp;nbsp; within seconds.&amp;nbsp; There ContextCapture Engine and Acute3D Viewer both run without issue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;Steps to Resolve&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This issue is caused when a user is running and iolder version of the Bentley CONNECTION client.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Unisnstall the old version of the Bentley CONNECTION Client&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Go the the Bentley &lt;a href="https://connect.bentley.com"&gt;website&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and login to access the software downloads. Locate the Bentley CONNECTION Client (version 10.00.06.34 or later), then download and install it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reinstall ContextCapture&lt;/li&gt;
