Problem

I would like to reference Singapore One Map data

Solution

Try attached steps

1.) Define coordinate system to DGN file

2.) Tools > Geograpics > Select Geographic Coordinate System

3.) Library > Projected > Singapore

a. Select EPSG 1414

4.) File > Save Settings

5.) Open Singapore OneMap website

www.onemap.sg/api/help/

6.) Scroll down to WMS Basemap Service URLs

7.) Select XML URL path (Example: http://www.onemap.sg/OneMapWMS/OneMapWMS.xml )

8.) Raster Manager > File > New > WMS

9.) Paste URL in Raster - WMS

10.) Select Map level

11.) In WMS check the fields that have a red block around them.

NOTE: Singapore OneMap Data will only work with MicroStation Connect Edition because it is using WMS Version 1.3, which is not supported in earlier releases of MicroStation.
