Unable to edit raster images in a DWG design file

      Product(s): MicroStation
      Version(s): 08.11.09.829
      Environment: N\A
      Area: Raster
      Subarea: N\A

    Problem

I am unable to edit raster images that are attached in Raster Manager.

    Solution

In MicroStation you can do File > Save As and create a DGN design file from your DWG design file.  You can open your DGN file in MicroStation or Descartes. In Raster Manager change the raster image from Read-Only to Read-Write.  You can then edit your raster images.  When you open your DWG files the edits will then be shown in your raster images.
