Extracting logs for Technical Support when upload is failing in ContextCapture Console

1) Open the backstage.

2) Open the “Help” page.

3) Click “Export Logs”

4) Select the data when the upload failure occurred.

5) Save the log and send it to Bentley Technical Support.
