ContextCapture Master errors after start-up on windows 7 Computer

Error or Warning Message

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)."

Explanation

On a Computer running Windows 7 when you start ContextCapture or ContextCapture Center Master the software crashes with the following error:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005).

How to Avoid

This is an issue that the ContextCapture Team are currently investigating. It occurs on systems that have both an Integrated and NVIDIA Graphics card (usually laptops) installed. Unfortunately, we have no short-term fix and our best advice is that you continue to use an earlier edition of ContextCapture such as Update 8 (04.04.08.561). We are thoroughly investigating the cause of this issue and are looking to release a resolution as soon as possible..

Please Note:
This issue only affects users of Windows 7 with ContextCapture versions 04.04.09.516 (Update 9) and 04.04.10.336 (update 10). If you have Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 you will not be affected.
