Set visibility of a Reality Data

Note: The following steps can only be performed by users who possess the “Administrator” or “Co-Administorator” user roles.

1) Go to https://connect.bentley.com/

2) Click your enterprise's name in the Bentley CONNECT header to acces the enterprise portal:

3) Click the "ProjectWise ContextShare" tile:

4) In the list, locate the Reality Data you want to rename and select it by toggling ON the checkbox.

5) Click the information button:

6) Click the Edit button:

7) Change the value of the visibility field.

Permission: Every user affiliated to the enterprise can index this data. Consumption of this data requires the user has been assigned ProjectWise ContextShare's "Create" role in the ProjectWise Project where the data is associated.
Public: Every CONNECT user can index and consume this data.
Private: Only the data's owner can index and consume this data.
Enterprise: Every user affiliated to the enterprise can index and consume this data.

Note: Every user affiliated to the enterprise who has “Administrator”, “Co-Administorator” or "CONNECT Services Admin" user roles can index and consume all of the enterprise's Reality Data regardless of their visibility.

8) Click the save button:
