Overview

The reality modeling cloud services trial grants a User access to ContextCapture Cloud Processing Service and ProjectWise ContextShare for a period of 30 days

Eligibility

To qualify and take advantage of the reality modeling cloud services trial, the User must meet the following criteria:

The User’s organization must have an account with Bentley
The User must have a registered Bentley account

The User will not qualify for the reality modeling cloud services trial if the following:

The User is already affiliated to an organization with a subscription to Bentley’s Reality modeling cloud services. In such case, the User must work with their site administrator to require access to these services.
The User is affiliated to an organization whose trial has been discontinued.

A User may be eligible to receive access to the reality modeling cloud services trial subject to the terms and conditions herein, the license agreement provided with the services, any online terms, and the terms and conditions of the contract between Bentley and the User’s organization Terms and Conditions.

Non-commercial use

The reality modeling cloud service trial is offered for non-commercial use only. All productions (i.e. reality meshes , orthophotos, point clouds, DSM) and by-products (i.e. camera calibration, aerotriangulation results, measurements performed on the productions, etc.) created using the trial version of ContextCapture Cloud Processing Service and reality data (i.e. Image collection, reality meshes, orthophotos, DSM, point clouds, etc.) uploaded to ProjectWise ContextShare must be used for evaluation purposes only.

Fair usage

ContextCapture Cloud Processing Service and ProjectWise ContextShare are commercial solutions offered by Bentley Systems. The complimentary 30-day trial is available to Users for non-commercial use and for evaluating purposes within these fair usage guidelines:

A maximum of 15 projects submitted to the cloud
A maximum input data size of 150 Gpix of Photos
A maximum of 300 Gb uploaded to ProjectWise ContextShare

Any non-compliant usage of the ContextCapture Cloud Processing Service and ProjectWise ContextShare will result in the trial being discontinued for the User and/or the Organization, at Bentley’s discretion.

End of trial

Access to the reality modeling cloud services trial will end when the following:

When the trial is completed after the 30 days from the commencement of the trial period.
When usage of the services is outside of the scope of the terms and conditions.

Bentley may terminate the trial or User’s participation in the trial at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination or conclusion of the trial, Users must immediately stop use of the ContextCapture Cloud Processing Service and ProjectWise ContextShare provided in connection with this trial.

Data retention policy

After the 30-day trial, the reality data and reality models created by the User during the reality modeling cloud service trial is stored free of charge in ProjectWise ContextShare for up to 30 days. If the organization does not subscribe to Bentley’s reality modeling cloud services, the data will be deleted from ProjectWise ContextShare at the end of the additional 30-day period.

Overview

The Reality Modeling Cloud Trial grants an Enterprise with the Reality Modeling Visa, allowing to the User to access Reality Modeling Cloud Services full capabilities for a period of 30 days.

Eligibility

To take advantage of the Reality Modeling Cloud Services trial, The User must validate the following criteria:

The User must have registered a Bentley account.
The User must be affiliated to a Connected Enterprise.

The User will not be able to use the services if:

The user is affiliated to a Connected Enterprise that has already subscribed to the Reality Modeling cloud Services.
The user is affiliated to a Connected Enterprise whose trial has been discontinued.

The User will automatically gain access to the trial if he fulfills the points above.

Terms and Conditions

Non-commercial use

The Reality Modeling Cloud Service trial is offered for testing purpose. All productions and by-products created using ContextCapture Cloud Processing service, and Reality Data uploaded to ProjectWise ContextShare must be use for testing purpose only.

Fair usage

The Reality Modeling Cloud Services are commercial solutions offered by Bentley Systems. The complementary trial is provided to the User for free, for testing purposes within a fair usage. Any abusive usage of the Reality Modeling Cloud Services will result in the trial being discontinued for the Enterprise.

Over the 30 days trial period, a fair usage consists in:

A maximum of 15 projects submitted to the cloud
A maximum input data size of 150 Gpix of Photos
A maximum of 300 Gb uploaded to ProjectWise ContextShare

End of trial

The Enterprise Reality Modeling Services Trial will end:

After the 30-day trial period
If a User is using the services outside of the scope defined in this document
