Test SS3 while not effecting SS2

Is there a way I can install SS3 and test\configure it while keeping SS2 loaded and running? What I have found is that SS3 will upgrade SS2 and not install side by side (not happy with this). I will need considerable amount of time to upgrade from Batch Print to the new Printing Styles among other items. I heard of a EasyMultiInstall.vbs but I don't see that as an option in the latest SS3 version (.459). Are there any options for me?

Ss3 isn't really all that different from Ss2. You can still use the "old" Batch Print in Ss3, although once you learn Print Organizer with Print Styles, etc., you won't want to go back. :)

The SS3 installer is not designed to do a side by side install. The application that you heard is no longer available. When installing it will now "Upgrade' your existing version to the new version. It is suggested to install SS3 on a machine that is not used in production to do your testing.
