Hi all
I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to expand all of the commands in the Main Tool toobar and place them under the Drawing heading.
For example I want to place all of the command relating to Fence i.e.
Place Fence
Modify Fence
Manipulate Fence
etc
Under the drawing heading under a shortcut key such as P, and the same for Modify etc
Can someone help.
Thanks
you can customise the interface and add tools to panels this is all done via creating a dgnlib file and using it to control the customisation
I'm not sure about the the keyboard mapping to the short cuts, as I've never been a big fan of that feature too autocady for my liking and I prefer using the icons
and context right mouse button instead...
but I suggest you read the help file under tools and customise.
It explains how you go about creating custom tool pallets using existing tools and commands...

Hi Lorys
Thanks for the help, I thought I was able to solve this and create my own tool bar however I am still struggling.
The key area of my custom interface that I am unable to amend is the Main Task.
The default are a series of command numbered 1-9 which I cannot change and I do not know why???
I have amended the configuration settings in MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST and I am able to amend all other tasks but not the Main Tasks it is driving me nuts.
I have attached a picture of the default interface and a picture of how I want it to be.
I also attached the dgnlib file for my interface in the hope yocustominterface.dgnlibu could see if there was something in the file that was preventing me from amending the Main Tasks.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Stu.
