Email to Tech Support Fails

Question

I need help with user and admin accounts; I logged a ticket for this purpose ( Service Request 7000514289 ). I have received emails from a technician, but when I reply, they bounce. I have logged a noted inside the ticket and received a reply, but any new notes cause an error. I am frustrated and trying to get answers. Is there a phone number to call? Can a tech call me?

Apologies for the inconvenience. We're currently experiencing an issue with email replies to Support Service Requests and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.
