There are several posts relating to this:
MS_LEVEL_DO_NOT_SYNCHRONIZE_ATTACHMENT_LEVELS_TO_DGNLIB but none of the documentation links work anymore. Nor is this variable documented. Makes MicroStation issues related to this variable difficult to support. Can we get this corrected?
