Can a ribbon and preferences made in Microstation be imported into Powerdraft? If so, what is the procedure?

Ribbons can be imported through the customize ribbon dialog. File > Settings > User > Customize ribbons. As far as the preferences they are version and product specific and it is recommended that you create new preferences for Powerdraft rather then bringing them forward.
