[CONNECT] Can't Customize User Interface

This is what you expect to see when customizing MicroStation CONNECT's UI...

I'm trying to edit some tools that I created a few weeks ago (using CONNECT Update 4), but in CONNECT Update 5 all the buttons in the Customize dialog are greyed-out and a right-click is no better.  What could cause the UI editor to become passive and unusable?  Surely not a version difference?

To put the question another way, what are the pre-conditions for successfully editing a custom toolbox or workflow in CONNECT Update 5?

Please can you confirm that the dgnlib in question is included in MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST in both UNC and mapped cases?

Yes.  My post shows the only difference is the use of a UNC in the config. file.

Did it work with the UNC path in Update 4?

    I don't recall, and because U5 overwrites U4 I can't test.

At what level in the configuration is the DGNLIB included; Organization, WorkSpace or WorkSet?

As the example shows, it's any and all of those because the path is defined early on in the config. process.
