This is what you expect to see when customizing MicroStation CONNECT's UI...
I'm trying to edit some tools that I created a few weeks ago (using CONNECT Update 4), but in CONNECT Update 5 all the buttons in the Customize dialog are greyed-out and a right-click is no better. What could cause the UI editor to become passive and unusable? Surely not a version difference?
To put the question another way, what are the pre-conditions for successfully editing a custom toolbox or workflow in CONNECT Update 5?

Yes. My post shows the only difference is the use of a UNC in the config. file.

I don't recall, and because U5 overwrites U4 I can't test.

As the example shows, it's any and all of those because the path is defined early on in the config. process.
