Is this possible or do I need to manually

RE: Set custom Keyboard shortcuts at Workspace/Workset level [BuildingDesigner/PowerDraft Connect edition- update 5]

Yes. You would do the following:

1. on a local machine setup shortcuts as desired

2. copy and save XML file to appropriate network location (this would be best stored to the WorkSpace or WorkSet standards as desired

3. set configuration variable on the networked Configuration

RE: Set custom Keyboard shortcuts at Workspace/Workset level [BuildingDesigner/PowerDraft Connect edition- update 5]

Perfect. thank you.
and to do this I'd set my shortcuts locally, copy the xml file to the network seed folder and set the MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTSSEED variable in the workspace config, yes?

RE: Set custom Keyboard shortcuts at Workspace/Workset level [BuildingDesigner/PowerDraft Connect edition- update 5]

In the CONNECT Edition keyboard shortcuts are saved to an XML file.

There are 2 variables that you may want to use in setting the shortcuts:

MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTS

MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTSSEED

The seed variable will only be used if an XML file is not found, it may be useful if you still want end users to have the ability to customize some shortcuts themselves.

RE: Set custom Keyboard shortcuts at Workspace/Workset level [BuildingDesigner/PowerDraft Connect edition- update 5]

Would I be setting these as part of a user preference seed?
