Having issues with a custom linestyle being available in a workset.
I have all the relevant asses in place and was able to attach it to an individual dwg, but but cannot get the linestyle to make itself available from the workset or organization levels.I am likely missing something fairly basic but I'm new to this, so any help much appreciated.

Looking at the image supplied the Line Style names are slightly different one dialog is showing a space in the name 'break line' so you are not looking at the same line style.
The Dialog on the left is reading line styles from a DGNLIB file where as you have opened a resource file (*.rsc) in the line Style Editor.
MicroStation is looking for the line style without a space ( from the resource file ) thus add this *.rsc file to the variable MS_SYMBRSRC
