Somehow, we have managed to remove the Main Task from our Power InRoads Interface. Earlier, a DGNLIB had replaced the Main with one that was actually the Print Preparation Task. Well, we figured out how to remove that, but now, the Main Task is simple not in the task pane. I can use the Tools menu to open Main. This is an improvement over the situation when the Print Preparation thought it was the Main toolbar.
This is our test managed workspace and I need to figure this out.
Doh! Operator Error Big Time!
Workspace Preferences > Task Navigation Dialog Presentation Options - Show Main Task Tools.
However, I still would like to know how one creates alternate Main tasks to be part of a Workflow task. And more...

Which version of MicroStation are you using. If you are using SS2 or newever there is a dgnlib file, GUI.dgnlib, in the Workspace/System/GUI folder.
Opening that file will allow the customization of the Main Tasks
You may want to refer on the following on how to customize tools and toolboxes:

Since I'm in Power InRoads, there is no GUI.dgnlib. Not sure what it's called in Power InRoads, but its not in that folder either.
The Wiki looks good. I'll have to play around with it. Thanks
