The CONNECT edition of Microstation and its related products display the following warning dialog when attempting to load a design file:
Is there a configuration variable setting that can disable this warning?

I am not quite sure why did you post this MicroStation admin question to Programming forum. Is it a mistake or you are asking how to disable it from code? If the first option is correct, please move this thread (don't create a new one) to admin or MicroStation forum.

I am not aware about such variable. The dialog is warning that current configuration is not correct and a user will potentially receive wrong results.
But there are two variable that can help you: MS_WORKSETMISMATCH_ALERT_EXCLUDE_VARS_ALLLEVELS and MS_WORKSETMISMATCH_ALERT_EXCLUDE_VARS_WORKSPACELEVEL
They don't disable the warning, but allow to exclude some folders from this automatic check.
