I have tried every conceivable setting change beyond un-installing and re-installing Microstation. I've never had these commands go missing before. This has to be a quick and easy change to fix this? See screen shot of my issue..
Which version (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation are you using?

I think, I was able to figure it out, I removed some code from the mslocal.cfg file and I got the standard menu that I'm used to back, but lost some custom toolbars in the process...
Update to the updated update, I chose the correct .pcf file and got my custom toolbars back, I had code in the mslocal.cfg file that directed MS to look at the system resources for the workspace on the C drive as based on some research I did it was recommended to use the system resources from the C drive instead of a network location as it would more closely match the version of Microstation I have installed on my PC, well it seems to have also removed some functionality as well..
