I wanted to add a few more tabs to the Drawing workflow and it was only allowing me to add one.I created another workflow and was allowed to add more tabs with no problem. My question is:Is there a maximum number of tabs you can have under each workflow. It seems to be 12.
ThanksCraig
In the Customize Ribbon dialog, did you manage to create the Tabs OK in the Drawing Workflow but they were just not visible in the Ribbon ?
Try adding 'Groups' / 'Tool Boxes' to the new Tabs and Apply to see if they become visible assuming having not done so already. As others mentioned I too was able to create additional Tabs with no problem using Update 10 adding to Personal.dgnlib.
If still an issue which Application/Version are you using ?

Thanks for the rely. I have add a 13th and 14th tab with groups and actual tools under each group. I realize you have to have tool or keyin there for it to be visible. Still nothing show up after tab 12th tab. I am only able to create one additional tab after the Workflow Drawing | CONNECT Services tab.If I create a new workflow I am able to add multiple tabs way beyond 11 tabs. Strange it only happens with the Drawing Workflow. This is not being done in the Personal.dgnlib. This is going under our companies Organizational area. It's custom_Ribbon.dgnlib that will be read by everyone in our company which pulls in our cell libraries. Either way it's still a .dgnlib and should have nothing to do with it.I am running Connect version 10.10.00.23
I have also tested at Organizational level and again no problem adding additional Tabs.
Could it be that your 12th Tab has a 'Visibility' property defined for it or group / tool underneath ?
For example the Visibility may be set to Is3DModel and thus if your in a 2d DGN file this will not be visible, but OK in a 3d DGN.
If still an issue may be you could post your dgnlib for review.
Still not working. See and you can see the Connect Services tab disappears after the custom tabs I've inserted. Yes I did insert a tool under WWE 2, still no luck. I will upload the .dgnlib file
WWE_CUSTOM_RIBBON.dgnlib
If there is an error in defining a button and/or group ( some component of the tab), then the tab will not display. Since you have one that is OK, try to make another tab with the contents of the working tab. Then replace the "working" button with the definition of the button from the non-working tab - if the tab disappears, then the button is the problem. If that works, then replace the Group...

That worked. Thanks very much. Up and running now.
