I recently was able to deploy an image for Connect Update 7. My image uses NoWorkSpace and NoWorkSet. I recently ran into an issue with selecting one of the Example dgn files on the Start Page. At that point the open file page included an additional workspace "MetroStation" and messed up all my configurations for NoWorkSpace. I was in a hurry so, ended up re-installing my deployment image.
How could I remove the "MetroStation" workspace and get my original NoWorkspace to be the only one on the dgn files open page?
Hi Bob - removing MetroStation worked as you described but, when returning back to NoWorkspace did not give me back the same custom tools that were there originally. That maybe why not to use NoWorkspace and workset. But I would think everything would return back to reading the original dgnlib files. I certainly must be missing something.
Thanks for your input.
Thank you,

Where did you have those custom DGNlibs stored? If you place them at the organization level of the Workspace they should be available regardless of the workspace/workset.

yep
it does not matter that you are an owner operator. The configuration can be applied in many ways.
You can certainly set up 200 or 500 worksets if you wish, but it doesn't seem like you need to. What it seems like you are doing is applying one set of configurations for all your project being worked on - is this correct ? (IE: every project uses the same tools, the same level symbology, etc...)
