Creating a "Master Toolbox" containing a number of other toolboxes?

I would like to create a "master toolbar" containing a number of other toolboxes of the same type.  BUT not create doubles of the toolboxes

e.g.

Master Lighting Toolbox which would contain the follow lighting toolboxes:

Exit Lights

Strip Lights

Lay-ins

Down Lights

Wall Mounts

Master Power Toolbox:

Receptacles

Receptacles Special

Receptacles Controlled

Switches

Disconnects

Master Fire Alarm

Detectors

Door Alrams

Misc

Signals

Etc....
