Menu Customization export in Connect?

Folks: 
 In MicroStation V8, there was an ability to export custom menus (dropdowns) as an XML file; one could literally delete all of the menu customizations and then import them via an saved XML . Where in Connect is this functionality available, or is it? I had saved these files in the past because we had a dgnlib that went awry at one time. It was really nice to start over with a clean file and import a single XML for all of our custom menus. Perhaps I am merely missing something?

Importing and Exporting Ribbon Customizations

You can export and import the ribbon customization to and from the ECXml files. Ribbon ECXml is a specialized type of XML file that can be exported from DGNLibs that contain the ribbon customization data. If the active file is not a GUI DGNLib, then the personal.dgnlib is processed. This is consistent with the Task customizations and allows administrators to maintain ribbon customizations using text editors. 
 
 To Export Ribbon Customizations to Ribbon ECXml File

In the key-in window, enter the key-in RIBBON CUSTOMIZATIONS EXPORTECXML . 
 In the Export Ribbon Customizations dialog, navigate to the location where you want to save the XML file and click Save .

To Import Ribbon Customizations to Ribbon ECXml File

In the key-in window, enter the key-in RIBBON CUSTOMIZATIONS IMPORTECXML . 
 In the Import Ribbon ECXml dialog, navigate to the location of the ECXml file and click Open .
 Note: Optionally, you can remove all the existing ribbon customizations before importing the ECXml file by using the key-in RIBBON CUSTOMIZATIONS REVERTALL .
