Hello Everyone,
We have had a funny thing happen. Some how the Linear Unit: Format: options have changed on us. They were originally set to this list:
This is what it changed to
We have been looking for where this list is and how to change it. We did discover that we could change it by editing the Locks.cfg. We changed this line: _USTN_CAPABILITY < -CAPABILITY_UNITS_DGNFORMAT to _USTN_CAPABILITY < +CAPABILITY_UNITS_DGNFORMAT and this gave us the correct drop down list.
We are using MS V8i SS2 v-08.11.07.492.
Does anyone know where these drop down list are and what could have changed it or did we discover the answer in the Locks.cfg file? Thanks for any help.
God bless,
David
Yes I believe you found your issue. The capability that you mentioned hides the DGN formatting and shows it as DWG formatting. The dropdown lists are produced programmatically you can't edit them.

No problem, you are welcome. Also I wanted to mention that Locks.cfg seems to be a configuration that was created by whoever is managing the application.
Yes. The previous folks who were managing MS wanted to lock a lot of stuff down and used the Locks.cfg to accomplish that. We are trying to figure out everything that they did, and where they did it. The funny thing is that it just happened to change one day and we are not sure how that happened.
Thanks for your help! It is much appreciated.
