Hello, I need change Touch Mode on default. How to do that? 
 
 I need buttons with text about as on picture 2.

Hi Iren, 
 File > Settings > User > Preferences > Ribbon > Touch Mode. 
 This setting is stored in Personal.ucf. 
 If you wish to apply it to multiple users as a default a preferences seed file can be created to apply it along with other desired default preferences.
