I have been using CE U11 this morning, (No Workplace>No Workset) and have some how opened 'ParametricCells_en.dgn from the MetroStation Workset! No idea how to be honest but was probably checking out the examples, Learning page, and as usual rushing about. The problem I have now is that the files I was working in from No Workplace>No Workset have lost all my configurations so all my custom tools, levels, etc are not being seen.
Why has it done this and more importantly how do I get this back to how it was, with CE using our configurations? Have has to go back to SS$ to carry on working!
We had this occur yesterday for a user.The Network location was showing as "RED X", so I suspect CE10 (in this instance) thought the configurations were not available so defaulted back to "as installed"
The fix below worked, but will recur unless the user first (before using Ustn/PowerDraft) ensures the network location is available.
FWIW, the RED X issue is due to network latency, in our case caused to network overloading while users are logging on. This issue goes back to Windows NT days and is a constant bugbear.
