I'm running Aecosim connect and have two sets of keyboard shortcuts. One for 3D-modeling and one for annotation and sheet-management.
Not sure how other program works, but Aecosim has two different startup-modes with different icons. One microstation mode, and one for building designing. Right now I use these different modes to deside which set of keyboard shortcuts I run. But it would be nice to be able to switch between them while the program i running. Is that possible? Or do microstation need to be shut down in order to change keyboard shortcuts?

You could try something with changing the configuration variable that points to the keyboard shortcuts file.
expand set MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTS = $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS)fileA.xml
expand set MS_KEYBOARDSHORTCUTS = $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS)fileB.xml
I was able to get it to change the file to write to but I wasn't successful it getting it to load the data from the file.
