I've got a notification from the CONNECTION Client that an updated version of CONNECT Advisor is available (10.1.0.130). When I go to the Software Downloads, the only thing listed is from 09/04/2018, ans it's listed as version 10.1.00.05. Users cannot install software themselves (they have no Admin rights). How do I download the software for installation?
I am checking to see why it is not available in the Fulfillment Center.
It is available for download in the Bentley Store. It is free of charge.

If the CONNECT Advisor Update is being notified as available in the CONNECTION Client then why isn't it being installed via this option rather than trying to locate it in Software Downloads?

Got me. Seems like it should be available via Downloads. A second "issue" with all updates to software is the lack of an option to "download" the update package. Why? Because our users do not have local Admin rights on their desktops. A few folks DO have the ability to "elevate" their account privs for downloading software. However, when a user has elevated privs, our firewalls block all external internet access, so the update fails when it tries to retrieve the content from external sites...
