I have MicroStation Powerdraft CONNECT Edition Update 10 - Version 10.10.00.23, operating in W10 PC. The program stalls and crashes during most sessions while performing fundamental entity manipulations. Do I have the most recent version for 64bit system?
Odd... the error logs always generate swastikas and Chinese character in the body of the error log. Does that sound ok? Probably not ok, but I don't know if this a sign corruption. (Snip of error log attached).
Any comments appreciatedPDF.

Hi Paul,

No, the latest PowerDraft is CONNECT Edition Update 12, build 10.12.00.42.
You should also check what Windows 10 version do you have. Despite of it should not cause the problem (because PD is certified for W10 in general I guess), to use too old Windows 10 is not good. Use winver command to open "bout Windows dialog where the version and build are mentioned. The latest I guess is version 1809 and build 17763.404.

When such strange report is created, it often (but not always) causes corrupted memory, which can leads to HW problem (but in such case crashing should be not only PowerDraft) or corrupted installation (e.g. wrong version of some low level function dll file is used, viruse changed something etc.)

Well, when any software crashes in this way, it's not ok. When swastika is used in this form (left oriented rotation), it's fine, it's just a sign.
I have to correct Kevin idea that swastika is Chinese character. It's correct in a meaning it's used in Chinese langauge, but it's use widely in many cultures. Be aware they are many forms of swastika, not only that they are left and right rotation forms.

Sorry, but it's quite useless. Why you do not attach complete (and zipped) log file? The only assumption that can be done is that PD crashed and it seems some low level / memory problem

I think there are two individual type of activities:
Problem identification:
PowerDraft reinstallation / update:
