I am trying to figure out what is making MicroStation look on my C drive for files/folders. The image is just an example of what I mean. The pcf file for this project does say to look under U:\Workspace\Clients\City of……. But what is adding the U:\WorkspaceV8\standards\mdlapps\intelnt\ and C:\Program Files……….?

An older article on AskInga describes what config files are being read in what order. Together with the previously mentioned debug file you'll find your way around the file locations on your system.
