MicroStation Connect 12 - I have lost all the larger size ribbon icons, most appear to be the small version, in ribbon customize I have selected large icon, but they continue to display as small icons. This is from an update from version 11 to 12 (working fine in v11)

only large icons left are explorer element selct fence tools.

MicroStation Connect 12 - I have lost all the larger size ribbon icons, most appear to be the small version, in ribbon customize I have selected large icon, but they continue to display as small icons. This is from an update from version 11 to 12 (working fine in v11)

Is this happening to all ribbon icons or just a particular group? 
 If a particular group try: right-clicking the Group > Group Button Size > Revert to Default
