Is the show mark option still possible?
I would like to have the same option as it was in v8i that current active model or annotation scale could be easily shown or changed.
Scale:
The current active model can be changed from the Manage View Groups toolbox
The active annotation scale can be changed form the Drawing Scale toolbox.
If so Ctrl + T to open the list of toolboxes and open them.
I usually have these docked at the bottom of my MicroStation window.

Problem is for us it won't work as there are requirements that using M1:2000 size for annotation should increase 2500x times not 2000. So there is need for Named Expression. Annotations are not part of Map scale so the relation is not linear with print scale.
