Workset Path: Path does not exist

I am struggling with worksets, and in particular with the Browse button. I get this:

Same thing with a brand new workset by clicking Create Workset.

I would very much know which path it is, which does not exist.

Seems line first line of the alert box is empty, but that does not help a lot.
