Service Request Manager-Why are dates required?

HI,

I have an SR number that I would like to look up.  I go to https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/SiteSRs and hit "Advanced Search".  If I clear the date fields and provide the SR number, it come back to me saying that the date fields are required.  This does not make much sense to me.  Is there something that I'm missing?
