Custom tool box - where is the Delete tool?

Question

I have the perfect custom toolbox except it is missing the delete tool. Where do I find that in the list of tools?

 I just created a new tool. The command is: delete.

The command seems to be only available in Main Tasks category in your Customize dialog box. You could expand GUI.dgnlib and use it from there. Here enclosed an image for your reference.
