I apologize if my search mojo is just not finding the relevant threads.
I recently received the latest version of ORD and I want to begin developing our network workspace. What is the simplest way to direct CONNECT edition software to network resources?
In the past, we were able to do that with a simple redirect.cfg, but I'm confusing myself trying to figure out where that would go.

Take a look at the _USTN_CUSTOM_CONFIGURATION variable. That variable is used to point to network resources. It can be set when the product is installed, or by setting the variable in a configuration file after installation.
