I figured it out. There was a lyt file, which when removed allowed me to de-select the Tech Preview features.

I am logged in as Admin on my Win10 laptop, and got all the screens you showed. However, I am unable to "de-select" any of the features.

Should I create a SR ticket?

Yes. Having Launched the install of MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 14, select 'Configure' ( Top right )

Select 'Next' to the following two screens, you will then be presented with a list of Features that can be turned on/off as required, one being 'Visualisation Content for LumentRT

You may also want to consider creating a Deployment Image if not already doing so
