when any product is not listed at (older) Fulfillment Center or (newer) Software Downloads pages, you have to create Service Ticket for Bentley Support and to ask them for the product installation.
It's recommended to store all installations of used products to have them available when a new installation is required.
Also, be aware MicroStation V8i other than SELECTseries 10 are now in "expiring support" mode (which is probably one from reasons why this version is not available for download anymore). Accordingly to this page, the support will be terminated at the end of this year.
