Are there any known issues with synchronizing MicroStation and Inroads files in SharePoint? We are moving our files to SharePoint and want to be sure all changes will synchronize after a user saves/closes MicroStation and or Inroads files. I ask this question because Autodesk products do not work with SharePoint from what I'm being told.

Hmmm ... I do not see any reason why to treat your question as abusive or spam. I think there is no option to receive details by who and why the post was marked as abusive.
Because the question is still visible, I think you can ignore it.
The only thing I would recommend to better follow the best practices and to provide more details, especially used versions. Quite often answers can be very different for e.g. V8i and CE (and also specific version of CE). The same is valid for Share Point, plus details how Share Points files are accessed ... is it in a form of OneDrive for Business, through web pages or in some other way?
The last thing I recommend is to share this web for phrases like "SharePoint", "Share Point" etc, because Share Point integration with Bentley products was was discussed several times already.
