Connection Client compatability

I have two questions about Connection Client compatability:

• Can MicroStation Connect update 14 work properly with Connection Client version 10.0.17.10?
• Can older products such as MicroStation Update 11 work properly with Connection Client 10.00.19.30?

I am asking cause we built an install package that locks down the app to not show any notifications for updates including Connection Client updates. So knowing/understanding if there are any compatability issues would help us understand if we should be updating the stand alone Connection Client install package or remove/modify the MicroStation Connect update 14 install.
