We have received a dgnlib containing a Customized Ribbon from a client. I want to try and batch process some of their routines but the Groups have a padlock on them and the button is greyed out and you aren't able to select them. Can someone please explain to me why this is so and work around?

what is the group description, when you hover over Utilities item?
The padlock icon means (not a surprise ;-) the item is locked, in other words "now available for modification". It can be e.g. because the content is created by code, or - more often - it's item linked (referenced) from another source (can be e.g. MicroStation GUI rsc file).
