User Management: I've setup a User, put them in a group, gave them basically every role I have, gave them permissions to MicroStation CE and they continue to get a message saying, "Access Denied. Missing User Role." Does anyone know what I need to do? Thanks!
Where are they getting this message, when are they getting this message?
Could you give us a little more context to help us figure out what part of which process is failing?

Hello! Thank you for the reply! After he logs in and goes to download software, he gets this screen which states, "Access Denied: Missing User Role."
Double check that they have permissions for "Product Delivery - Download". That's the specific one in question, apparently.
Yeah, they already had that permission, but thanks for trying.
