&lt;p&gt;Really appreciate your reply. I&amp;#39;ve tryied everything you recommended but there is no installer in programdata, I deleter every folder related to ORD. The problem is not only with ORD, is with every Bentley software, I can&amp;#39;t download any software because the download redirecting link doesn&amp;#39;t load.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know what to do, this is so frustrating.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I assume that ORD is no longer shown in&amp;nbsp;Apps and Features?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Search the folder C:\ProgramData\Package Cache using the term author:bentley.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you find these OpenRoads installer files, try right-clicking on&amp;nbsp;OpenRoadsDesignerx64.msi and select&amp;nbsp;Uninstall. This may run the installer and allow an uninsatll to process. (If this installer is present you could also&amp;nbsp;try the Repair option but&amp;nbsp;based on your notes above&amp;nbsp; wouldn&amp;#39;t expect that to work, could be worth a try though.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If&amp;nbsp;if the installer does not run just delete both files and also&amp;nbsp;the folders and contents at both:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenRoadsDesigner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then download ORD and try a fresh install.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
