I am looking for software that I can install on a non-CAD system that allows the non-CAD user to make notes, extract quantities, and other such information. The kicker is it can't be Bently Cloud-based. Since Bentley doesn't have any FedRAMP certification, we can't use ProjectWise 365 or any other Cloud-based software.
