Before I go any further I want to make sure that I am able to push my changes out to other users so they are able to see my changes. What files do I need to copy to their machines?

RE: Propagate my customized changes
My next question is
It's recommend (see the best practices) to ask new question in a new post and to do not hijack existing discussion.
how do I switch from personal.dgnlib to another customized file?
I can imagine more scenarios, but I think to change the variable to point to another (empty) file, do the customization, and to set this file as GUI DGNLIB on other computers should work.

if you use a standard user way, how the ribbon is customized, the customization is saved to personal.dgnlib, defined by MS_PERSONALDGNLIB configuration variable. To check where this file is located, use key-in expand echo $(MS_PERSONALDGNLIB).

When you want to create a definition, that will be shared with other users, maybe to use other DGNLIB would be better, because personal.dgnlib is intended as "personal store" of customization.

With regards,
