Keep getting an error message when trying to open a file off our server - Can anyone assist in retrieving this file?
I have tried referencing the file within another blank document but it doesn't register it!
File that needs to be opened can be found here: https://we.tl/t-E0pxisPzHJ
Any help greatly appreciated.
Henry,
Try copying the file to your local. See if you can open or reference from there. If not, you'll have to restore from backup.

Hi,
I downloaded the file from the link, and I got the same result. I would assume that the file is corrupted.
I tried referencing the file into a 2D file and saw that it partially processed the file. The attachment never did show up.

If the file is unable to be referenced it is corrupt beyond any repair option. To best avoid this in the future what kind of setup is used to store files.
You mention a server is this onsite or cloud based. Is there any sort of syncing/backup service running on the files?
Hi David,
Are there any dgn verification / repair options currently available for the Mstn CE platform?
--Thanks,--Robert
CE took the approach of checking files on open and during close so did not include a 'verfydgn' type tool. Also if a crash report is triggered, the abort option will leave a file in the valid state it was in prior to the event, so always choose Abort rather than Retry or Ignore.
However the need for a verification/repair utility is now under consideration, I can't offer any more than that at this point.
