Hi Marc

I have the same 3D mouse mentioned by Johan but I use the MAXSURF suite. I have found zoom works but nothing else. The same steps you have mentioned I cannot find in the MAXSURF suite of programs. Is there a workaround or is this mouse not supported in these programs?

Hi Johan,

Yes, we have some tools that help when using one:

3d Input Toolbox.
To help control the SpaceMouse movements there is a set of tools, how they work is described in MicroStation help > Getting Started > Fundamentals > Graphical Input > Graphical Input with a 3Dconnexion Device.

To launch the toolbox either Ctrl +T to open the Toolboxes dialog, tick 3dInput, or key-in: VIEW NAVIGATION 3DINPUT TOOLBOX.

I find some adjustment of the default motion speeds is necessary when using mine
