Hi,
Often, when one of my SR's are closed, I get a "How did we do?" survey email. It reads:
Dear Robert, You recently contacted our support team regarding Service Request: [SR information removed] Please complete this one-question survey to let us know if you got the assistance that you needed. [Take the Survey-link removed] Many thanks!
When I go to take the survey, I get:
It just seems strange that I get asked to take the survey, then it says that I can't do it!
